Membership of ECASHCLAN is free for BASIC Membership with members having the right to upgrade their status as required. To upgrade an account to level 2 or level 3 must be sought by the member by using the Upgrade buttons on the ECC Home Page and will not become effective until requirements including payment of any fees have been finalised.
Level 2 Upgrade requires active participation in the ECC Community and you must be a member for 15 days to be guaranteed full Level 2 benefits for so long as ECASHCLAN remains in service. Should membership numbers not be sufficient to maintain the operation of ECASHCLAN for a period of twelve months all monies paid by members will be refunded prorata depending on the actual term of service.
Level 3 Upgrades may be effected at any time to suit the member or never at all. Top Level Domain Level 3 members will conduct Hosting of their Web Site through ECASHCLAN partners HOSTpac WEB DEVELOPMENT whose TOS will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.
Payments of fees will only be accepted by Bank Cheque or Personal Cheque or Money Order.
Member Conduct - Members agree to conduct themselves whilst in the ECASHCLAN Forums and Chat Room in a courteous manner respecting the rights of other members. Any member found using bad language, flaming, spamming or being generally disruptive will receive a warning email. This will be the only warning. Repetition of the offence will result with the members account being closed - all benefits including refunds forfeited and IP blocked from ECASHCLAN sites.
ECASHCLAN reserves the right to permit or bar access to it’s sites at it’s discretion
Definitions
Membership:
Basic membership is FREE and members signing up with a valid email address will have full run of the ECASHCLAN Community site apart from the Admin area.
Level 2 membership affords the member a sub domain and free hosting of a ONE PAGE WEB SITE. To add further pages the member must upgrade to Level 3 - Should a Level 2 member be found with more than a single page on his/her site they will be asked to upgrade to Level 3 -or- be asked to remove the additional pages -or- failing both - have their account deactivated pending a satisfactory conclusion.
Level 3 members are executive members and conduct the function of their Web Site under the TOS of HOSTPac WEB DEVELOPMENT
